During Be Your Best Self Week, students challenged the flexibility of their body, mind, and heart. David Fisher, a world-known jump roper, helped kick off Be Your Best Self Week. He showed Springer students how to get creative and flexible with jumping rope. For the rest of the week, students could participate in Flexibility Challenges, Bootcamp, Dance Fitness, and a Fitness Fun Walk. Students also enjoyed Play with Staff Day when faculty and staff joined in the play and sports during recess.
