An Evening for Moms with ADHD: Small Steps Toward a More Peaceful Home

Parent/Guardian

When a parent and a child both have ADHD, increased stress in the home environment can be difficult to avoid. The degree of organization that is required to keep your home running smoothly can be overwhelming. Lisa K. Woodruff, author of “How ADHD Affects Home Organization”, will join us to share her insights about how organization is a skill that can be learned. Participants will gain insight into how ADHD is different in women, learn strategies for taking care of yourself, and hear tips on organizing to promote a peaceful home environment.
