Who is eligible for Adventures in Summer Learning?
Students entering 1-8 grade are eligible. The program is designed for students who might be struggling in their classroom or need extra support over the summer to succeed the following year.
What does Adventures in Summer Learning cost?

Morning Expeditions Program (5-week program for students entering grades 1 through 5): $1,900, with a $200 discount for early registration before March 31, 2022.

Fun With Friends (extended day for students attending the Morning Expeditions program): $600

Middle School Classes (2-week classes in math, writing, study skills and social skills for students entering grades 6 through 8): $500/$600

Special Discounts: Morning Expeditions Early Bird Registration save $200 (Register by March 31, 2022). Fun with Friends add a Mini-Camp and save 40% on each add-on. Returning Morning Expeditions participants save $300 (Early Bird discount not applicable).

What is the schedule for the programs?

Morning Adventures grades 1-5: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Fun with Friends grades 1-5: 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Mini-Camps grades 1-5: Varies. Please see full schedule for detailed listing.

Study Skills grades 6-8: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Social Skills grades 6-8: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Writing grades 6-8: 1:00 - 3:00 pm

Math grades 6-8: 1:00 - 3:00 pm

Who teaches the classes?
Members of Springer's faculty facilitate the programs. Their expertise in understanding students who learn differently and providing strategies for success is paramount!
Who attends the program?
Students from all over the greater Cincinnati area attend Adventures in Summer Learning. An IEP or educational evaluations are not needed to attend the summer program.
What will I learn about my child from the program?
During the last week of the Adventures program, parents will have a 20-minute conference with their student’s teaching team. You will receive work samples and a report containing information about the strategies that were helpful for improving your student’s academic performance.
