To begin the application process, please use the fillable application form below. New summer applicants may upload all required documents prior to submitting this form or save your progress and return for upload at a later date.
Please note: Application review will begin once all required documents have been received. Registration for 2023 closes May 26.
A member of our Center team will contact you with acceptance information and provide a link to complete the registration and payment process. Decisions on acceptance into the program are made with the child’s needs and challenges in mind.
