Lower School students went outside on a sunny afternoon and traced their shadows with chalk. They compared the tracings with those they had made in the morning, and then engaged in a variety of challenges such as trying to make their shadow as small as possible, making their shadow disappear, and making their shadows "shake hands" without touching each other.

Middle School students prepared the soil and planted a vegetable garden on Springer's campus. They will water it daily, and enjoy fresh produce later this fall.

Student Council Advisors brought the school together for the first Eagle Spirit assembly of the year by creating one large Zoom meeting that students attended from their classrooms.
