Middle School students celebrated Pi Day (March 14) by bringing in round objects, many of them edible. They measured the circumference and calculated the area, then enjoyed a treat!

The classic story of three goats and a troll came to life in Springer's library when Lower School Green Team students performed a Reader's Theatre version of the book The Three Billy Goats Gruff by Jerry Pinkney.

Middle School science classes explored the "spheres" of the earth by creating models or posters that represented and labeled the atmosphere, lithosphere, biosphere and hydrosphere.

Lower School Blue and Gray Team social studies classes learned about westward expansion in the United States in a hands-on way. Using props and curriculum provided by the Cincinnati Museum Center, the students put themselves into the places of people alive during the westward expansion.

Blue and Gray Team Social

Lower School Blue and Gray Team students had an opportunity for fun with friends at their February social event. The students watched a movie and enjoyed a pizza and ice cream lunch. In the afternoon, students could choose to run an obstacle course with Springer Trustee Mike Wright or engage in Zumba with Social Media and Alumni Relations Coordinator Marika Huelskamp.
